What do you enjoy most about competing in high school sports?

The feeling of energy and adrenaline during a game, the satisfaction of winning, the realization of improvement, bonding with a team

What is your best memory from HS sports so far, and why is it meaningful to you?

Winning a district championship in softball, we’d worked so hard for it and knew we deserved it

What are you looking forward to most this upcoming season?

Seeing the team come together and get better as one unit

What’s your go to pre-game/contest meal? Where do you get it from?

Spaghetti, (my mom’s homemade), ice cream (in reasonable amounts)

Who is your team’s biggest rival? What makes that rivalry special or different from the other teams you’ll face this season?

Freeland, we’re two top teams who always compete with all we’ve got

What is one personal and one team goal that you have for this upcoming season?

A personal goal for me is to better my serve receive to the point of no or very few errors, a team goal is to play our absolute best as one unit

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice as a Freshman, what you would it be?

Never get discouraged! always keep working
